Bookings
A booking is confirmed once we share the fare, car and driver details with you on call, SMS or WhatsApp.
Fares
Fares are quoted per trip. Tolls, parking, state entry tax and night charges are payable as per the quote or actual receipts. Extra kilometres or hours beyond the agreed plan are charged at the quoted rate.
Cancellations
Please inform us as early as possible if you need to cancel or change your trip. Any booking amount paid will be adjusted or refunded as per the cancellation time.
Luggage and conduct
Passengers are responsible for their belongings. Smoking and alcohol are not permitted inside the vehicle.
